Viewers are presented with the full version of everything that happened regarding the “Angarsk” maniac. The criminal operated in the Irkutsk region for a decade.

The film vividly depicts the “coordinated” work of the police and prosecutors. If it weren’t for modern DNA technology, the maniac might not have been caught.
