Pet supplies are consistently among the bestselling categories on AliExpress, and it is easy to see why: toys, brushes and leads wear out fast, and pet shops often charge more for the same things. We picked seven items with thousands of sales and high ratings, from toys to coat care. Everything on the list costs under £7.

How we chose
Only products with more than a thousand sales and at least 95% positive reviews made the list. We looked at what actually solves everyday problems for an owner: keeping a pet busy, coping with shedding, trimming claws without a trip to the groomer, and walking a dog in comfort. We deliberately left out souvenirs, stickers and pet clothing: those are a matter of taste, whereas this list covers things useful in almost any home with a cat or dog.
Prices are in pounds as of publication. On AliExpress they change almost daily, and during sales such as 11.11 they can drop noticeably, so it is worth adding items you like to your basket in advance.

A tough ball made of ETPU, a bite-resistant material. The seller states that the material is non-toxic and food-grade, and that the surface helps clean teeth during play. It suits fetch and training. For large dogs with a strong jaw, choose a bigger size so the ball cannot be swallowed. Any toy should be checked from time to time: if deep cracks appear or pieces chip off, it is time to replace it.

Coat care
