First, you need to be a resident of the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, England, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, or Ireland. The service is not available in other countries yet, but the developers promise that Spotlight will soon be available elsewhere.
To earn money from videos online, you need to shoot quality video material and upload it to the company’s server. Naturally, all videos will undergo moderation (selection). Currently, comments under videos are disabled, but the developers are working on the program.
There are no specific requirements for the videos. However, considering Google’s standards for its services, the videos should be at least in Full HD resolution (1920×1080).
