Surprisingly, the electric vehicle project is already on the table for technologists involved in construction. The head of the company hinted that the body of the new model is comparable to the Ford F-150, but it is also possible that the pickup’s dimensions will increase.

According to experts, the pickup is not chosen randomly. The dynamics of car sales worldwide show that there is demand among buyers for large trucks for home use. Therefore, the segment of prudent homeowners should be replenished with 21st-century technology.

However, future owners of pickups will have to wait 3-4 years. The reason is that the Model Y is planned to be released in 2020. Although experts do not rule out that Elon Musk will accelerate and present Tesla products to the world earlier, as the demand for electric vehicles is growing exponentially.
