Viber, Telegram and WhatsApp control the correspondence

Regarding the WhatsApp service, it has been known for a long time about the tracking of correspondence by the FaceBook team. As soon as you enter the names of goods or links to them in the messenger, you can see thematic ads in the news feed. But they decided to tighten control over the correspondence.

The European Union has obliged Internet providers to inspect the correspondence of users in these popular messengers. According to the initiators, information on violence against children will be monitored. But there is no guarantee that inspectors will not have direct access to users' personal information, including their photos and videos.

All this looks very suspicious and already causes indignation of users. In some countries, the owners of Android and iOS devices even boycott Viber, Telegram and WhatsApp services. The solution is interesting, but people need a decent alternative. But she is not. In all this, the greatest sadness is caused by Telegram, which promised the owners of mobile devices security in correspondence.

The good news is that ChatControl's policy only applies to EU countries. Perhaps a blow to the privacy of correspondence will affect the colonies of European countries. If the process of mass surveillance of users yields a positive result, then you will have to look for a new way to communicate anonymously with friends and loved ones.
