Motor1 has released a video showing an electric Porsche demonstrating its off-road capability on snowy roads. The publication’s representatives assure that the showcased vehicle will be named Mission E and will enter mass production as early as 2019.

Assembly of electric cars is planned to be established in Stuttgart. The price of the Porsche will be $85,000 USD. Experts believe that the electric car will fall into a price range similar to the Porsche Panamera, which is very popular among fans of the German brand.
According to company representatives, the new Mission E will retain the appearance of the prototype presented three years ago at the Frankfurt Auto Show. Only the mechanics of the rear door opening will change, which previously opened against the direction of travel. Such door placement is not common in sports cars.
