Both gadgets are assembled with high quality, which is hardly worth mentioning. Both TV boxes have metal cases and look quite presentable. They look expensive and elegant. However, UGOOS AM6 Plus, with its horn-like antennas, doesn’t always fit into the room’s design. But that’s a minor detail. Considering that most buyers mount the device on a VESA TV mount (hiding it from view), one can forget about ergonomics. If the TV box is planned to be placed on a table, stand, or chest of drawers, then the appearance of the Beelink GT-King PRO might be slightly irritating. The bright blue color of the device is unlikely to fit into the room’s design.
Interfaces are more interesting. The manufacturer of the Beelink GT-King PRO approached the provision of necessary ports somewhat strangely. Finally, the TV box has a proper audio output for speakers in the form of a 3.5mm jack. And not just an output, but a full-fledged Hi-Fi sound card supporting 7.1 and Dolby. But SPDIF has disappeared. Along with HDMI 2.1, four USB 3.0 ports, and a microphone, there is an RS232 port. The manufacturer positions the device as an open platform for developers. But there are no ready-made solutions for this yet. Enthusiasts only connect the TV box to a Multiroom system via RS232.
The UGOOS AM6 Plus has perfectly selected interfaces. It’s a real all-in-one for any task and connection of various equipment. The interface set is excellent – no questions.

Speed test results for network interfaces (cable and wireless) are excellent for both devices. Thanks to the antennas, UGOOS AM6 Plus demonstrates quite decent speeds on the 5 GHz band. However, it lags behind the Beelink in wired data transfer.
But there is one feature of Ugoos that sellers tend to hide. And even on the manufacturer’s official website, the technology is mentioned briefly. It’s called – Wake Up on LAN. It’s interesting for people who prefer to power off network and TV equipment at night. The Wake Up on LAN function translates from English as “turn on upon detecting network connection (internet).” That is, by supplying power to the device, it automatically starts. If the CEC mode is enabled on the device, the entire home system will start automatically.

Content playback in 4K format (if supported by the source), IPTV, torrents, YouTube, various storage devices. Both devices handle video flawlessly. No freezes or lag will be noticed by viewers. And even more – movies in 4K with sizes over 60 GB are read easily, and fast-forwarding works smoothly.
Regarding support for audio codecs, there are no complaints about either Ugoos or Beelink. Both external audio outputs and HDMI transmit and decode signals in the specified format.
The hot battle Beelink GT-King PRO vs UGOOS AM6 Plus in gaming also did not happen. Both TV boxes run resource-intensive applications at maximum settings. They do not overheat or throttle. No overheating or throttling was observed in synthetic tests either.
It turns out that both TV boxes are worthy of occupying a leading position in the global market. Except that the price favors Beelink. You can buy the device in a Chinese store for $25 less. The Ugoos package includes a high-quality HDMI cable (whereas Beelink has a high percentage of defective cables).
