• There are no instructions included. It is clear that you can collect it intuitively. But, the floating lamp head and the phone holder have the same thread size. An ignorant person will go through assembly combinations for a long time without instructions.
• Product packaging. The set came from the store in two separate boxes. Moreover, the loader spent a lot of time looking for one of the boxes. The implementation is very silly.
• The quality of the packaging. If you drop a sealed box from a height of a human being, then the plastic lamp will definitely break. There is no pimpled film, the cardboard is shabby. It is impractical to order such products from China by the piece.

When assembling and disassembling the kit, there is one small feature of the floating head clamping mechanism. A small metal plate is installed inside the hinge. Its task is to fix the screw when tightening (so as not to accidentally break the wall of the plastic mount). So this plate (3x3 mm) is constantly trying to fall out of the groove and get lost.

Very handy and practical smartphone cradle. I liked the sliding mechanism with a powerful hold-down spring. To avoid damaging the gripped phone, rubber pads are provided on the inner surfaces of the holder.
