For PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles, the limit is 120 Hz. Regarding the 144 Hz frequency itself. Some might say 165 or 240 Hz is cooler. Believe me, it’s a marketing move. Because of this, gaming monitors are more expensive. And in games, try to achieve full synchronization of frame rate on the display and in the game. Even on medium quality settings, a 1080ti is not always ready to satisfy a player’s needs with 144 Hz.
The pleasant aspect of the BenQ Mobiuz EX3210U monitor is its compactness. The powerful stand has very short legs, which is convenient for installation on any gaming desk. And the monitor does not wobble if accidentally bumped. The lower panel is a bit unusual – it’s wide. But it houses the 2.1 system. It can’t be said that it plays perfectly. But it’s better than any built-in 2.0 speakers. For complete happiness, wireless sound transmission is missing.
There are many ready-made modes: Cinema HDRi, Custom, DisplayHDR, Paper, FPS, Game HDRi, M-Book, Racing game, RPG, sRGB. All differ in brightness and contrast. If desired, you can make your own adjustments or create your profile. The wired interface panel is somewhat inconvenient. Looks nice from the back, but to plug in a cable, you need to turn the monitor around.
