Finally, on October 6, 2020, closer to the evening, Apple announced the date of the new smartphone presentation. The show is scheduled for October 13, 2020 (at 1:00 PM New York time). So, the date previously leaked by insiders has been confirmed.
Which iPhone smartphones will be presented in 2020
According to the same insiders, the market will see not 3 models of phones, as in previous years, but 4:
- Classic iPhone 12 with a 6.1-inch screen.
- Pro version of iPhone 12 with a 6.1-inch display.
- Pro version with a 6.7-inch display (iPhone Pro Max).
- Miniature iPhone lineup – 12 mini (5.4-inch screen).
Moreover, versions with a 6.1-inch screen will hit the market in the second half of October 2020. And the iPhone 12 with 6.7 and 5.4-inch screens will be seen no earlier than mid-November 2020.
What else to expect at the iPhone 12 presentation
Most likely, Apple representatives will showcase their new gadgets, which are often mentioned by insiders but have not yet been seen:
- AirPods headphones.
- AirTags trackers.
- AirPower charging devices.
- The first MacBook model with an ARM processor (own production).
- Updated version of the Apple TV console.
In general, we are eagerly awaiting the grand event – October 13, 2020, to see the new products from Apple.
