The team of developers at Microsoft has begun testing a new feature of their product – Windows 10. It involves simplifying the connection process between two devices via Bluetooth.
Windows 10 simplifies Bluetooth device pairing
In the new build numbered 17093, device owners will be able to pair any device with a personal or mobile device with just one click via wireless connection. According to programmers, pairing accessories such as keyboards, mice, phones, cameras, and other devices will take users about 5-10 seconds.
IT industry experts assure that Microsoft was prompted to take this step due to the improper functioning of the Surface Precision Mouse. The mouse failed security verification and caused issues for owners.
It is hoped that this simplification will not compromise computer security, as ease of connection could increase the risks of falling victim to cybercriminals. The official release of the update is scheduled for spring 2018. So Windows 10 users won’t have to wait long. Experts hope that, besides the computer owner, no one else will benefit from the simplified Bluetooth connection.
