The star of the 90s, apparently, has faded away for good. This is evidenced by the lack of interest from real estate buyers in the villa La Quinta, which actor Sylvester Stallone has put up for sale. The reasons for the sale are unknown. But it can be assumed that the action star simply cannot afford such a mansion financially.
Sylvester Stallone Sells Villa at a Loss
The large La Quinta villa, located in California, is built in a Mediterranean style. The building has 454 square meters of living space and 1821 square meters of land (0.18 hectares). It includes:
- 4 bedrooms;
- 5 bathrooms;
- Spacious living room;
- Dining room with access to the terrace;
- Breakfast room;
- Wine cellar;
- Terrace with a large pool;
- Spa salon;

The villa is not small, almost new (built in 2008), and quite luxurious. The core issue is that the star of “Rocky” bought the house for $4.5 million in 2010, and is selling it for $3.35 million. Real estate of this kind never depreciates, especially since it belongs to such a famous actor.
For example, Elon Musk bought a similar property for $62 million and is selling it for $100 million. And the conclusion is obvious. Sylvester Stallone has simply lost his former fame, as his real estate no longer attracts investors.
