Already for the 30th time, the international organization Voka is hosting an experience exchange among entrepreneurs in the field of environmentally friendly business. Open Business Day (Voka’s company day) involves all commercial and government institutions. Each participant talks about their business and offers advice to other entrepreneurs.

1. Noordzee Drones. A drone pilot training center in Belgium boasts a number of certified specialists. The list includes people of various professions. Police officers, firefighters, surveyors, farmers, and travelers. Training includes not only piloting drones in any weather conditions. Natural sciences, research, drone maintenance, and working with photography equipment are primarily studied. There are even courses for curious children.
2. Kunst in Huis. A social program for art enthusiasts. The project includes hundreds of lesser-known but promising artists. The authors offer visitors to buy, borrow, or exchange their creations. The collection is constantly growing, and public interest in the project is increasing.
3. De Kruitfabriek Aquafin. A former ammunition factory has been repurposed for the country’s ecological needs. Now the enterprise is engaged in wastewater treatment. Nanotechnology is used to extract hazardous chemical compounds. In addition to purified water, the company produces fertilizers for gardens and the agricultural sector.

4. Galloo Menen. A scrap metal warehouse has been converted into an environmentally friendly metal structure disposal enterprise. The company repairs devices and structures that can still be fixed. If repair is impossible, the equipment is destroyed. Notably, anyone can bring broken devices and witness the disposal process firsthand.
5. Het Brabanderhof. A horse dairy farm offers visitors dozens of services. From horseback riding to consuming their products. Milk, ice cream, and even liqueur. The company also produces cosmetics based on environmentally friendly mare’s milk.
6. Sint-Jansbergklooster. The Sint-Jansberg Monastery offers spiritual and physical health improvement. Clean natural air, beautiful views, a large library, and even eco-friendly food for visitors. If Open Business Day (Voka’s company day) is to be held, it should only be in such a cozy and friendly place.
7. Atelier Compaan Gent. Manufacturing of elite furniture from stone and metal. The country’s best blacksmiths create real masterpieces from iron and natural stone at the anvil. The company conducts training for newcomers in blacksmithing. Tourists are offered to make their own knife, sword, shield, and other souvenirs as keepsakes.
