The new Motorola Moto G Go smartphone will have a price comparable to feature phones but will offer more interesting features. Similar devices are already available on the market. However, interest in them is low due to the manufacturers. These gadgets are sold by little-known Chinese companies. Naturally, buyers are wary of such deals.
Motorola Moto G Go – the lowest price for a smartphone
The marketing logic of Lenovo works well. Among well-known brands, there are no similar solutions. Even Xiaomi has significantly increased the prices of its budget smartphones. The price of the Motorola Moto G Go has not yet been announced. However, expert opinion suggests that the new device will cost less than $120. And that’s already interesting.
It’s clear that high-end technology is not expected in this smartphone. It is known that the phone will have only 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Support for 3G/4G networks, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi will be implemented. The operating system is Android Go, a trimmed-down version of Android for low-power devices. The smartphone will even be equipped with cameras for photo and video shooting. The main sensor is 13 MP, and the front camera is 2 MP.
Compared to feature phones in the same price range, the Motorola Moto G Go is interesting because it has a touchscreen and supports Android applications. The device has enough power to run a browser, messenger, and email app. Plus, the phone can make calls and connect to any wireless networks. The cherry on top is the fingerprint scanner on the back, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and charging via USB-C.
