Qualcomm believes that the time has not yet come for a new line of processors for smartphones. Snapdragon 865 launched into production. But they are not in a hurry to equip mobile devices (they promised a new product no earlier than 2020 of the year). By the way, Samsung took over the production. But not the point. • Four cores on the Kryo 385 processor (based on the ARM Cortex A55) operate at 1,8 GHz.

In addition to the central processor, overclocking was performed for the graphics core. The Adreno 640 GPU chip now runs at 672 MHz (it was 585 MHz). Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor will support networking 5G and Wi-Fi 6.

In general, it remains to wait until the beginning of autumn to see a new gadget with an overclocked processor.
