Which brand would share information about the irrationality of purchasing some of its products with users?

Samsung QLED TV 8K: Pitfalls

There is a problem with models of televisions with a 65-inch diagonal. The promised screen resolution of 8K (7680×4320) is practically indistinguishable from 4K images. That is, the pixels are so small that, both up close and from a distance, it’s impossible to notice any differences. But the price difference between 4K and 8K models is easy to spot. Why then are they sold? To occupy a niche among competitors in this product category. Consumers don’t care – there will always be someone who doesn’t understand this and will buy it if they have the money. And to convince the buyer – the manufacturer made a special promotional video, and the seller increased the brightness. On the old TV model, the picture is dull, but on QLED – realistic.

Innovative Quantum processor, which operates on exclusive technology. Yes, any TV with built-in sensors can automatically adjust sound and brightness. But the processor in Samsung QLED TV 8K, just like not being able to process large 4K movies (80 GB and more), has not learned to do so. And what about 8K? And returning to movies in 8K format. Perhaps in 5-6 years, such content will become freely available. But now, even in 4K, finding a new release or favorite movie is problematic. TV channels broadcast in Full HD format. And the TV simply stretches the picture four times if you select this function. Also, keep in mind that movies on disks are expensive. And downloading from the internet takes time, and a file in 8K is at least 150 GB. Maybe it’s better not to rush and spend money on 8K? After a year or two, a new technology will appear. It’s easier to take any diagonal with 4K resolution and enjoy life.
