Pleased with the quality of the plastic housing of the remote control. The material is very similar to a soft touch, but does not attract dust at all. The buttons are silicone, soft, well and quietly pressed. The assembly is magnificent - nothing creaks, there is no backlash. It is a pity that the Chinese saved with batteries, so it would have been great. But these are trifles.
Interestingly made buttons. Function keys are multi-colored. Let it be a remote control without LED backlighting - in the dark, the buttons are still clearly visible. In general, their location is very good. Literally two or three days, and fingers on the machine press the desired key.
There will be no problems connecting. The T1 TV Box Remote is instantly detected. At least with PCs and consoles of the middle price segment.
The manufacturer always mentions a programmable button. Its implementation is not entirely clear, but application has been found. Using the instructions, you can set it up on the IR remote control from the TV in 3 seconds. As a result, if HDMI-CEC is present in the TV box, and the TV supports this technology, you can start the entire multimedia system using the T1 remote control. Very comfortably.
TV Box Remote T1: Functionality
At the first connection, it turned out that the bottom 4 buttons were not working. That is, you cannot launch Apps, Netflix, Google Play, and YouTube. Given that Android is used on consoles, this is a very standard problem. Which is easily solved using appropriate applications. Fortunately, there is a wonderful Button Mapper program that helps with the solution.
But not completely. The Apps button still cannot be configured, since its code completely matches the voice control. As a result, the remote control for the T1 TV box has useful buttons not 17, but 16.
