Two factors can discourage buyers. These are the VA matrix and the color depth of 16.7 million shades. Regarding the first criterion, it’s important to remember that the display is curved. This means the image will maintain quality from any angle. With an IPS matrix, there would be dimming issues. As for the color depth, especially for 27-inch monitors, questions arise. Most manufacturers have long switched to 1 billion shades. Perhaps this is why the price is so low.
On the other hand, the Huawei MateView GT XWU-CBA monitor is quite suitable for gaming on a personal computer. With a gaming graphics card (for example, 2080 Nvidia), you can get a stable 2K image at 165 Hz. An advantage is the TÜV Rheinland certification. Its presence ensures the display emits no harmful blue light, which is convenient for browsing the internet and working with texts. Additionally, it features height adjustment, which many monitors lack.
