STALKER 2 everything - Microsoft returns the money

Scheduled for the end of 2022, the release of the game STALKER 2 is postponed until 2023. All fans who pre-order the toy will be refunded by Microsoft. This can be assessed in two ways. Either there will be no game at all, or the industry giant has decided to change its pricing policy. There is an opinion that the game will be released, but it will cost more. It remains to wait until 2023.

 

Microsoft returns money for STALKER 2

 

All players who pre-ordered the toy received a notification from Microsoft with the following content:

 

Thank you for pre-ordering STALKER 2 (Heart of Chernobyl). The game's release date has changed to an unconfirmed future date. Therefore, the pre-order will be cancelled. But the funds you spent will be reimbursed. Follow the company's news on the site Хbox.com to keep abreast of events.

It is noteworthy that this is the second time that Microsoft has postponed the release of STALKER 2. Only there is one caveat. Prior to notification, it became known that:

 

• There will be no Russian-language localization in STALKER 2.
• The shooter will not be sold to residents of Russia.

 

It is logical to assume that the return of money is somehow connected with the political situation. Where Microsoft has contributed to the current world events. Only the company did not take into account that most of the fans of the games of the STALKER series are Russian-speaking.
