The unique car was featured in director Tim Burton’s “Batman” film back in 1989. After filming, the car remained in the studio warehouse until 2011, when a Ukrainian entrepreneur decided to purchase the concept car. As the businessman notes, the Ukrainian “Batmobile” is a dream for enthusiasts, and after restoration, the vehicle will go under the hammer for a good price.
The Ukrainian claims that the restored Batman car is cooler than in the movies
The Batman car was valued by entrepreneur Andrey Jazovsky at 250,000 euros. Experts note that the amount is exaggerated, but the lack of alternatives on the market will help the businessman get the desired money at auction. Moreover, the Batmobile has attracted the interest of an American producer and an Arab sheikh. It is hoped that buyers will not be disappointed in the vehicle’s capabilities.
Due to the restoration of the Batmobile in Lithuania, the vehicle is registered as Lithuanian, meaning it can move freely across Europe.

The car is built on the basis of an American Chevrolet Caprice. It is powered by a Bavarian V-shaped 12-cylinder engine from 1994. Notably, the Batmobile is identical to the version from the film.
