Berlin Wall: memorial or political game?

Starting in October, the ART project promises to partially restore Berlin's hay. The organizers intend to recreate part of the wall that separated Germany from the GDR. The organizers immediately noted that the Berlin Wall is a memorial. There will be no restoration work until the mid-20 century.
