In general, there will be Epson EpiqVision 4K laser projectors on the market. And the struggle will begin in earnest, as the price of the devices is much lower than the cost of a similar-sized 4K TV. Even Android TV models 70 inches and above simply don't compete with a laser projector. And if we add dimensions, weight, installation, big changes are coming in the world of multimedia.

 

 

There is only one thing - pixel size!

 

With a diagonal of 60-70 inches and a 4K screen resolution (3840 × 2160 dots per square inch), these very points are not visible from a distance of 3-5 meters. And on the diagonal above 70 inches, in our case - 120 and 150 for Epson EpiqVision, the dots will be visible. And not just dots, but huge cubes. And then there are 2 options - to move away from the screen - by 7-10 meters, or wait for the release of laser projectors with a resolution of 8K. Such is the dilemma.
