Huawei has already confirmed the launch of new business-class routers for sale. The devices feature intelligent systems capable of load balancing across the network among users. Essentially, this is the same Mesh technology that ASUS has been promoting in the Asian market for several years.
Huawei Routers – Business Product Line
According to the manufacturer, the market will see three series of similar products. Their labels are already known:
- Huawei Q3 WS7290.
- Huawei H6 WS8000/6.
- Huawei WiFi6 WS7000/2.
All of them will be sold as a kit consisting of one main router and two satellites. Interestingly, Mesh technology provides equipment autonomy in terms of management and technical support. Huawei routers will be managed in parent mode from a single device.
The manufacturer has not yet disclosed the AI features of the router. It is only known that the equipment is expected to be very powerful, especially in covering large areas in residential and non-residential buildings. The price of Huawei routers has not been announced either. However, judging by ambitious statements, it will likely not be in the budget segment.
One unpleasant aspect is the appearance of the Huawei router. You don’t need to be a prophet to see a strong resemblance to the classic AirPort. On the other hand, a parallelepiped with rounded corners was definitely not invented by Apple.
