The problem concerns many Xiaomi smartphones that have served the owner for more than 2-3 years. The phone turns into a "brick" after:
- Conversation with an interlocutor via the GSM network or a quick messaging program.
- On charge.
- When fully discharged.
Smartphone Xiaomi Mi 10T does not respond to buttons
The main thing is not to be nervous, but to perform the following procedure:
- Connect the power (put on charge for up to 10 minutes so that the battery has a charge).
- Hold down the volume buttons at the same time for 30 seconds.
- Release the buttons.
- Wait 1 minute - the phone will automatically boot up.
- You can poke the "power" button if there is no reaction after pressing the volume buttons.
The reaction to pressing the power buttons can be:
- The disappearance of the charging indicator (white LED), if it was on at the time of freezing.
- When the battery is fully discharged and partially charged, the indicator may light up - this is also a reaction.
- A one-time vibration of the motor in the phone is a rare occurrence, but a pleasant one.
What is the "bug" - it is not clear. Firmware update does not fix the glitch. It just appears on its own. On Xiaomi flagships and budget smartphones. After a successful launch, and it will certainly happen, it makes no sense to go to the service center. Throw away the money, but the problem will not disappear. Twice a year, stably, a similar situation occurs.
Here, either buy a smartphone from another brand, or, having agreed to this misunderstanding, be prepared to clamp the forced power reset buttons.
