No clear performance increase in Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max

 

The so-called "independent experts" tested the A16 Bionic chip in the Geekbench 5 service. Compared to the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, the 14th version of the smartphone shows poor results:

 

• Single core test in Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max - 1879 (versus 1730 for the 13th).
• The multi-core test for the Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is 4664 (against 4750 for the 13th).

 

Although at the presentation, Apple showed a much larger lead in performance. They write that the comparison was not made with the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, but with an older version. There is something to think about here. Especially for fans of productive games. For other users, these indicators are not critical. And relying on them does not make sense. A new smartphone is always better than an old one.
