Ethereum founder plans to add anonymity to transactions

The problem with a public blockchain is that all transactions are visible to all users. And not only financial transactions, but also attendance protocols, tokens and NFTs. Vitalik Buterin has already found a solution, but there are obvious problems with its implementation. Since there are concerns about the work of hidden addresses and their integration with the public system.

 

Why do you need anonymity of transactions in the blockchain

 

It's very simple - any coin holder is always interested in his anonymity. It is clear that the transfer of assets between two addresses occurs by creating a transaction between them. But the problem is that all these transactions can be tracked. The founder of Ethereum proposes to use a mechanism where the generated address between the sender and the recipient will be hidden, not public.

It is clear that it is technically possible to do this. And Vitaly Buterin is already working in this direction. Only with the implementation can there be problems. Anonymity is unlikely to please the special services, which track all the world's asset movements. First of all, it concerns the financing of terrorism. It is not known how this will all end, but the idea of ​​anonymizing transactions was supported by the majority of asset holders.
