BRDexit - what are the prospects for Germany's exit from the European Union

An interesting situation is developing around Germany. The powerful economic system of the state cannot cope with all the obligations that the European Union imposes on it. The Germans are already openly calling for withdrawal from the union of Europe. And this lump is constantly growing. After BRexit, BRExit already sounds. And this is the expected reaction of the German people.

BRDexit - what are the prospects for Germany's exit from the European Union

As with England, the problem rests on the laws of the European Union. According to the agreements of the parties, Germany must share resources, consume the offered goods and accept migrants. Until 2022, this situation suited everyone. But now the country's economy is "bursting at the seams." As part of the European Union, Germany is losing all its political and economic positions:

  • Migrants. Too many migrants greatly squander the country's economy. Most foreigners do not want to work. And this is social security, which is paid from the taxes of the Germans. And those who go to work create competition for the locals. Because they are willing to work for less pay.
  • Resources. Minerals, wood and metal are being pulled out of the country. And, at reduced prices.
  • Quotas. Imports of other goods are restricted. The Germans are ready to produce more for the European Union, but they are severely limited in this.
  • Sanctions. Oddly enough, but Germany is under sanctions. Germans are forbidden to trade with unfriendly countries. In particular, with Russia (160 million people) and China (1400 million people).

All these problems, like a "snowball", are already affecting the indigenous population of Germany. This is reflected in the decrease in the income of citizens. Every second German blames migrants for their problems. Every third person accuses the European Union of restrictions. Given the break in relations with Russia on gas, all these problems are growing exponentially.

What will give Germany BRDexit - gain and loss

Logically, according to the experience of BRexit, Germany's exit from the European Union will reduce the economic costs of the state to support refugees. If you follow the experience of England, the eviction of even 50% of foreigners from the country will cheer up the state's economy for a couple of years ahead. Given the fact that Germany does not receive subsidies from the European Union, but only dumps money into the general budget, the financial benefit will be noticeable instantly.

But BRDexit will create several problems for the country. Trade with EU countries will not be as mutually beneficial as before. German goods will be subject to high duties, which will reduce their popularity outside of Germany. Plus, imported goods will have a surcharge. Although, it all depends on the agreements between Germany and the European Union. The state is quite independent in this regard, so it can safely count on its capabilities.

Another thing is the currency. The euro is not supported by anything and the exchange rate is floating. A return to stamps will create problems for the Germans themselves. A peg to gold will be required, which will cause an imbalance in the economic system. But the British BRexit somehow coped with this problem, the Germans will also be able to find a solution.

Separation of Germany from the European Union will open the country to the markets of any countries of the planet Earth. Given the fact that the Germans know how to make quality goods, there will be no problems with exports. Germany has access to the sea, so no sanctions will prevent this.
