For four weeks, the animals "ran" on 5 kilometers per day. The third and fourth group led a sedentary lifestyle. The result of the study showed that the mice from the second group show the best results in memorizing routes in mazes. Animals from the third group, which were in the comfort zone for the whole experiment, showed poor results.
